So we built up our latest Project One arrival from our friends at Trek .
A 54 cm Madone 5.2 with a flat white paint scheme that looks really rad ! Yeah , I said rad…
It’s built with a Sram Force group. We are major fans of Sram’s latest offerings here at the shop.
Wheels are Bontrager’s Race Lites with a matching set of tires .
We opted for Bontrager Blade flat topped bars for more comfy hand positioning on long rides. I use em on my personal bike and really like em.
To add a little bit of flare we went with a set of Bontrager speed limit brakes . They are a nice break from the norm ( no pun intended ) and add a nice custom touch to the bike.
Project One is very cool if you have not played around with it. It allows you to take a Trek bike and make it your own by adding or changing the bits and pieces to make a truly unique bike that your friends will envy !
For someone looking for a great deal on a 56 cm Project One 5.2 we have a 2009 marked down on the sales floor. Look here…
Come by the shop and see them for yourself..they are truly very pretty bikes.

I am the third generation manager of Dedham Bike located in Dedham, Ma.
For over 25 years I have been a master mechanic, marketing manager and general manager at Dedham.
I am an avid cyclist and skier and occasionally you will find me running or in the weight room.
My love for bicycles started in the the 1970’s with my first BMX race at a track my dad ran.
Since that time I have raced mountain bikes, road, BMX and cyclocross to many podium finishes including NORBA national victories and multiple series and state championship victories.
If it has two wheels or is a challenge, I’m into it.
